Physical Therapist Assistant with over 39 years of experience, Sue has specialized training in Cranio-sacral Therapy. A Pilates Instructor for twenty years, she is certified in all levels of mat work and Pilates apparatus. Additionally, she is certified in all 4 levels of the Elaine Petrone Method. After assessing your physical strengths and limitations, she will develop a plan to fine-tune your posture and improve your day-to-day movements and well-being. Sue’s knowledge of better breathing techniques can also help you to release tension during exercise and every day activities. Through her knowledge of movement and manual skills, Sue can design a specific exercise program if you have osteoporosis or help you recover from acute and chronic injuries. She provides both private consultations and group classes.

A physical therapist who will take the time to provide you with a thorough, personalize treatment session, Eileen uses a creative, whole-body approach to help you reach optimal healing and health. With her professional commitment to help you improve the quality of your movement, Eileen can help you to: Decrease chronic neck, back and shoulder pain; Minimize the aches of arthritis or Fibromyalgia; Release muscle tension, while restoring your body’s alignment. Improve your muscle strength and functional movement after an accident, injury, or surgery.

Her depth of training in a variety of different treatment methods allows her to tailor a specific rehabilitation program for you. Eileen is a certified restorative exercise specialist whose emphasis is on addressing the biomechanics of total body alignment, helping people to move correctly to achieve better outcomes..

A graduate of Northeastern University, she also attended Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions where she studied orthopedic medicine and manual therapy. Eileen has 40 years of experience. In addition to being a licensed physical therapist, she holds certifications for Pilates, all four levels of the Elaine Petrone Method, and specialized training for Smart Bells and Cranio-Sacral therapies.
